Italian Pepperoncini peppers have thin sweet flesh making them excellent for pickling. They are 3-5" and can be eaten in their green and red state. Bushes are relatively small and grow 30" tall and they do well in containers. This heirloom comes from southern Italy where they are widely used on pizzas and sandwiches. They have a superb flavor and just a little heat.
